Are you feeling momentum or fatigue? I’m hearing both from people and have felt both myself as well

Are you feeling momentum or fatigue? I’m hearing both from people and have felt both myself as well.
.
Something has shifted in the stars so it feels like a veil has lifted.
.
But underneath that it can feel like old patterns have resurfaced
.
The ones you might have thought you were done with
.
The same old story is popping up again
.
This has been a theme in 2020, emphasizing all the crud underneath the rugs
.
Whether or not you’re aware of those old patterns, they can feel heavy and drain you
.
It can take effort to keep ignoring them
.
So in part it depends on the perspective you have of this opportunity
.
Could you have the courage to look at that old story again?
.
And love yourself through it?
.
Without a need to change the past (it’s done)
.
With full acceptance of where you are at this moment (you’re worthy no matter what)
.
And a knowing that you can create your future (you’re phenomenal and capable of amazing things)
.
With so much love that you can trust in whatever is unfolding?
.
It’s also approaching winter
.
And this is typically a season to turn inward
.
To love more and forgive more
.
Especially ourselves
.
Because it’s only with that self-love that we can truly appreciate and love those around us
.
I found that taking some time to meditate and reflect on this helps
.
Also breath work and movement and dance helps
.
And art helps
.
See if you can step into this
.
And feel that seed of potential within
.
That is the momentum
.
Relax into that awesomeness
.
Which is the universe in you
.
