This is one of my favorite workshops to teach. With it, people learn how to treat themselves. How to align with the body. That the body knows how to rebalance if it’s given the chance.

TRE is something I’ve incorporated into my everyday life to unwind if I’ve had an intense day. To help me shake off stress and stay grounded in the present.

I learned about it a few years ago at the annual conference for the Osteopathic Cranial Academy with @marialfa007 .
I was so excited to learn that the body had a de-stress reflex! What a gift!
