Anxiety is fear of the “what if” that hasn’t even happened yet.

No need to waste your energy on that!

How do we shift?

Patience and practice.

👉When we trust in the divine, the angels, the universe, then we have endless patience that our prayers will be answered.

💗But be careful what you pray for! Your mind is constantly sending out intentions.

👉Use the mind with love and send sincere prayers about what you do want (not worry prayers about what you don’t want).

💗Be easy on yourself, this takes practice. Breathe.
.
👉You are here for you first so take care of yourself. Especially if you want to help others. Especially if you want to fulfill your potential.

😲Maudy had over 70 rejections of her book before it was published! She and Gail kept editing it trusting that the time would come.
